Bichon Frise Puppy

Walk your Bichon Frise puppy twice a day to create a bond and to reduce its natural high energy. Get the Bichon Frise puppy used to the dog leash before you walk it. Attach a short leash to the dog’s collar and let it drag it around behind it for a few minutes for a few days before first walking it. Supervision is essential when you do this–your Bichon Frise puppy may asphyxiate if the leash gets caught on something. If the Bichon Frise puppy tries to get away from the dog leash, squeak a toy to distract it. The puppy should become more comfortable with the leash. When walking the Bichon Frise puppy, keep it on your left side to teach it to heel. If it does not frighten the Bichon Frise puppy, jerk on its leash to indicate where you would like it to go. If the Bichon Frise is afraid, coax it into place instead and give it a treat when it does as you wish.

Bichon Frise

A Bichon Frise is known for needing frequent dental checkups and dog teeth cleaning, due to their being susceptible to teeth and gum problems. Regular dog dental care is required to keep their teeth and gums healthy.

To keep your Bichon Frise’s teeth free from plaque and tartar, you need to provide dog treats in addition to regular tooth brushing.

Edible chew dog treats are very popular among dog owners. Zukes Dental Chew Bones and Greenies Dog Treats are two of the most well-liked edible dog treats for Bichon Frise.

Zukes are made without artificial colors, flavors or byproducts. The mini to small sizes are perfect for your Bichon Frise.

Greenies are filled with easily- digestible proteins and contain antioxidants that promote your dog’s immune system. The teenie and petite sizes are just right for your Bichon Frise.

Dog dental care is an essential part of grooming your dog and promoting his health. By regular dog tooth brushing and providing dental dog treats, you are actually helping your Bichon Frise become healthier and happier.

     Siberian Husky

The best dog treats we have found for Siberian huskies are those made of fish skins, chicken, rice, lamb, vegetables and fruit including chicken Grizzly Dog Treats, chicken treats, and lamb treats.

Regarding dental dog treats, Greenies dog treats are good for Siberian Husky. Make sure to get the proper Greenie size for your dog. In addition, supervise your dog’s initial chewing sessions to make sure that they do not swallow large pieces of the dental dog treat.

Please Note that rawhide dog treats are not a good dental dog treat for Siberian Husky. Many dogs can tear off fairly large chunks of the rawhide, and if swallowed, these chunks may become a choking hazard. They may also block the digestive system and cause infection. Rawhide pieces may absorb water and expand in your dog’s stomach, causing further digestive issues.

West Highland White Terrier - Westie

West Highland West Terrier, so-called “Westie” particularly love dog treats made from beef, chicken, lamb and rice such as Bully Sticks, Greenies, Dog Beef Jerky, Chicken Dog Treats, Lamb Treats…etc. Westies are very sensitive, so make sure to give the right dog treats. Dog treats for Westies should always be the “big” ones so that it takes a long time to get a small piece in their mouth. A Westie can get small pieces stuck in their throat and the raw hide can wear a hole through the esophagus. The chews become soft and can also get stuck in the roof of the mouth. Dog treats such as pig ears and raw hides are not good for Westies. Wesites are generally behaved around children, however, they can become restless when excited.

    chihuahua inherits millions

Her name is Conchita, a thin, spa-loving, diamond-draped heiress, and she’s at the center of one of America’s nastiest estate battles.

She is also a dog — a chihuahua who was the favorite of the late Miami heiress Gail Posner, a daughter of the corporate takeover artist Victor Posner.

When Ms. Posner died in March at age 67, Conchita and two other dogs inherited the right to live in her seven-bedroom, $8.3 million Miami Beach mansion, their comfort ensured by a $3 million trust fund.

The canines weren’t the only ones who benefited from Ms. Posner’s munificence. Seven of her bodyguards, housekeepers and other personal aides were left a total of $26 million under her will, and some also were allowed to live, rent-free, in the mansion to care for the dogs.

Now, in an attempt to revoke the will, Ms. Posner’s only living child, Bret Carr, has filed a lawsuit against a bevy of his mother’s former staff members and advisers alleging a dark intrigue.

Chihuahuas are very sensitive, so they all need all natural dog treats, because they are more stomach friendly and easier to digest.

Here’s some fun animal news. In 2007, more than 50 dogs took part in the dog surfing contest, “Surf Dog Surf-a-Thon“  in Oceanside, CA. Los Angels Times says “While the contest is open to all dogs, experience has shown than shorter-legged ones have a better chance at balancing on a surfboard. A Great Dane was game last year but just too tall. Huskies and golden retrievers have done well. Bandit the Boston terrier and the pit bull Lucy (who surfs facing backwards) are among the veterans scheduled to be back.”  Look at the four-footed surfer, Siberian Husky! Cool~

Taking your dog on vacation? Here is a tip for bring your dog to the great outdoors this summer.

    west highland white terrier

Your West Highland White Terrier loves a good dog treat, but so does the bear that smells a leftover dog biscuit in the middle of the night and interprets it as an invitation for an all-you-can-eat buffet. Unless you want to attract wildlife and insects, be sure to pick up any leftover kibbles and bits after giving your West Terrier dog treats. A West Highland White Terrier may be man’s best friend, but that doesn’t mean you want to be buddies with every other animal in the forest. .

Maile Online states “She weighs 4st4lb - twice as much as she should - and has bulging neck muscles, burly shoulders and haunches like a baboon. And unlike ordinary whippets known for their lithe and narrow frame, this four-year-old pedigree doesn’t just have a sixpack stomach, she has a 24-pack.”
